Lee is a seasoned Group Benefits Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, specializing in operational efficiency and strategic client relationships. He has a strong track record in business transformation, focusing on claims platform enhancements, process improvement, and innovative benefit plan design. Lee has provided valuable insights on Total Absence Management, influencing market strategies and vendor partnerships. 

Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional claims operation teams to achieve significant cost savings and operational efficiencies through effective change management. With a deep understanding of industry dynamics, Lee is committed to optimizing claim handling, enhancing client satisfaction, and delivering strategic value in group benefits.

Strategic Compliance Leader 

Everett New is an attorney, a private investigator, and a renaissance man. He managed offices for two multi-national companies before becoming a police officer in Lubbock, Texas, where he also attended law school, graduating in 2004 summa cum laude. Everett serves as an outside general counsel for growing businesses and also handles a wide array of related matters including commercial litigation, business formation, and entertainment law.
